    Our delivery process consists of two key stages:

    This involves confirming your order, making any necessary adjustments, conducting quality checks, and carefully packaging your items.

    1. Delivery Time (approximately 8-14 working days depending on the country):

    Once your item is dispatched from our international shipping center, it typically takes between 8-14 working days* for it to reach your doorstep. This timeframe applies to destinations like the USA, Canada, and Australia.

    *Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs procedures and other factors. Periods of high demand, such as during New Year's promotions, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, may also affect delivery times.

    Please keep in mind that for lost packages, we can only provide a replacement or refund if you have opted for insured shipping.

    Additionally, to reduce environmental impact, we have chosen not to ship our shoes in boxes. This decision reflects our commitment to sustainability and minimizing packaging waste.

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as packaging and processing begin immediately upon receipt of the order.
